Based on the comic "Psiconautas", by Alberto Vázquez (Oh yes Spanish made movie!). After an ecological crisis has devastated his island home, Birdboy avoids the island’s other scavenging inhabitants and the local police, who suspect he is dealing drugs.
Dinky, annoyed with her religious foster parents, has decided that escape is her only option.
She bands together with her animal friends and together they journey across the island to find Birdboy and make their escape. Based on the short film Birdboy, which was selected for the 2011 Nashville Film Festival.
